As the saying goes, “It takes ten years to sharpen a sword.” David Liu, Deputy CEO of the Tzu Chi Charity Foundation in Taiwan, returned with his new book All in the Heart after a gap of 10 years. The book launch took place in the evening of 22 September and about 350 people gathered to listen to David Liu share profound insights through everyday experiences amidst laughter and reflection.
“How do we want to work?” and “How do we want to connect?” During Tzu Chi Great Love Preschool’s third Professional Development Day, the speakers guided the preschool educators to rediscover their original aspirations for joining the early childhood field through interactive sharing and collaborative group activities.
Teachers' Day is not only a day to thank teachers; it also reminds us that education is a cycle of love, and within this cycle, teachers gain strength and happiness from the support of children, staff, and society.
