As the Lunar New Year drew near, Tzu Chi Continuing Education Centre in Singapore held a Lunar New Year Cooking Class to teach students how to prepare plant-based dishes for the festive season. Over two sessions, 22 participants were guided in preparing six delicious dishes, equipping them with the skills and knowledge to prepare a delightful feast for their families and friends for the upcoming Lunar New Year. The enticing Lunar New Year dishes proved to be so flavourful that even non-vegetarians found themselves impressed, expressing a desire to recreate these culinary delights for their family and friends.
